    Exploring Sustainability: TERI Visit

    On 19th April 2025, 44 students visited The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), Gurugram, to learn about sustainable technologies. They explored wastewater recycling using Fragmite bamboo, solar-powered Heating and Cooling Tunnels, a Biomass Gasifier, and Vermicomposting. Students were also introduced to tissue culture for modern farming, medicinal plants, solar energy, and rainwater harvesting. The visit showcased innovative eco-friendly solutions, inspiring students to adopt sustainable practices in daily life while promoting a greener future.

      Workshop on Metrology at OPG World School Dwarka

      On April 17, 2025, Dr. Nahar Singh, Chief Scientist at CSIR-National Physical Laboratory (NPL) and Professor at AcSIR, conducted a workshop on Metrology at OPG World School, Dwarka. Dr. Singh elucidated the science of measurements, emphasizing its critical applications in medicine, industry, timekeeping, and waste management. He highlighted how precise measurements underpin quality standards and innovation across various sectors. The interactive session aimed to inspire students to appreciate the importance of accurate measurements in everyday life and their role in scientific and technological advancements.

        Rwandan Genocide Commemoration Day

        On April 7th, Learners of Grade X and XII visited Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, to attend the Rwandan Genocide Commemoration Day. Students presented four powerful paintings, each capturing the pain, resilience, and humanity behind the tragedy. The art work was appreciated by the High Commissioner of Rwanda, who praised their sensitivity and effort. Her moving speech, drawn from her own experience as a survivor, left a lasting impression on everyone present. It was a day of quiet reflection, emotional learning, and shared humanity.

          Harshit to Represent India at Asian & World Championships 2025

          Harshit has secured a place in the National Junior Team after topping the 2025 national trials. He will represent India at the Asian Championship in South Korea this July, followed by the World Championship in China this September. This remarkable achievement is a result of his dedication and hard work. Wishing Harshit all the best as he takes on the world stage and makes the nation proud!
