OPG World School effectively implements professional development through a series of regular workshops that promote the development of skills and knowledge.

Teaching and mentoring strategies are periodically revised to incorporate the latest methodologies. All of these efforts are carried out under the guidance of experts in their respective fields.

Additionally, the webinar on "Blended Learning in the Post-Lockdown Classroom" conducted by Orient Black Swan contributed to the improvement of learning methodologies. Recognizing that commerce is an ever-evolving field with global connections, the Commerce teachers attended workshops such as "Virtual Classroom - The Future of Education" and "Art Integration in Business Studies and Accountancy." These workshops were conducted by the school in partnership with the Commerce Teacher Foundation.

Furthermore, the school places equal emphasis on third language learning and organized a workshop titled "Perspectives on Foreign Languages in Indian Schools 2021 Session" in collaboration with Langer International Pvt Ltd.
